Return & Refund Policy

At Iron Wolf Elite Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and training services.

Due to the nature of digital programs and scheduled training sessions, all purchases are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered or programs have been accessed.

Personal Training Sessions
Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

Unused sessions from training packages may be rescheduled within the active training period but are not eligible for refunds once the package has begun.

Digital Training Programs and Online Coaching
All digital training programs, downloadable materials, and online coaching services are non-refundable once access has been granted.
